Civil War Southern Belle Costume "Mary" Beautiful two-tier Southern Belle dress with ruffled sleeves and neck. White dress with green trim includes midriff sash and traditional Southern style hat. Attached hoop on skirt gives a rich, full look. Elegant look that graciously fits into the Southern Antebellum period! Traditionally, hooped skirts required many layers of petticoats.
