Returns and exchanges are simple.
Within 14 days of your invoice date, you may return any of the following items for a refund. Refunds are for the cost of merchandise only. Your shipping is not refundable. There is no handling charge for exchanges, however, a 15% re-stocking fee applies to all returned items.

The following items can be returned:
- Any item in new and clean condition, unused and undamaged, with all original packaging. Special conditions apply for costumes and accessories (see below.)
- Costume and Costume Accessories Returns: We know that purchasing costumes on-line can be difficult. If an item doesn't fit or isn't what you were looking for, you may send it back for a refund or replacement. Wigs, beards, and gloves must be returned unopened - if the seal is broken or resealed, return will not be accepted. Costumes and accessories must be returned in new and clean condition, unused and undamaged, with original packaging.
The following items are not accepted as returns:
- Returns missing any of the accessories, parts of the costume or the original packaging, will not be accepted and the goods will be returned to you. Please double-check that you have included all of the pieces/parts and packaging prior to mailing your return.
- Costumes returned with pet hair, odor damage, used, or damaged during the return shipping will be not be accepted.
- Bulk orders and Special orders are not returnable. We recommend that you purchase samples of items you wish to purchase in bulk to ensure the item will suit your needs.
- CDs, videos or other media materials that have been opened.

Costume fabric material, color, and styles are subject to change without notice due to the manufacturers' production (these changes are not considered defects.) We usually discover the changes immediately and make note of any changes or discrepancies to the costumes on the product detail page. If you are not pleased with your purchase, you can return it for a refund or exchange.

Exchanges can be made if the product you purchased doesn't fit or is defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, you must place a new, separate order for the replacement item. A refund for the returned item(s) will be issued promptly after your merchandise has been received and inspected. Items that are returned in un-sellable condition or appear to be used will be returned to you.

Give us a call or send us an email. Tell us your name, invoice number, which items and how many you are returning, and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to send the items back to us. Sending the item(s) back without notifying us first will delay your refund.

Refunds for returned items are for the cost of the merchandise only less a 15% re-stocking fee. Your shipping is not refundable.
There is no handling charge for exchanges, however, a 15% re-stocking fee applies to all returned items.Refunds: Once we have received and processed the returned shipment, you can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return.

Please carefully re-package and wrap the items you are returning securely using the original shipping box, if possible, and return with a delivery confirmation so that you have record that your item was returned to our shop. For fragile or breakable items and for your own protection, we recommend that you insure the package for its return trip to the Museum Shop. Please include a copy of your original invoice so we know who to credit!
